We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.
You can delete your account directly in the app: open Profile → Delete My Account and confirm. Your account is deactivated immediately and your personal identifiers are removed or anonymised within 30 days, as described in our Privacy Policy. If you cannot access the app, email us at the address above from your registered email and we will process your request.
How do I log in? Enter your registered mobile number and the one-time code sent to you. Your number is set by the Club when you join.
I can’t change my phone number. Your number is your membership identity — contact us and an administrator will update it for you.
